Credits back on errors
If an AI request fails because of a technical error, your credits are refunded automatically. An incomplete unlock is not charged.
Credits are digital content and are added immediately after payment. That’s why, before paying, you confirm that performance starts immediately and that you thereby lose the right to withdraw from a distance contract. Your rights if the service is not as described remain. Terms and conditions
The unlock is tied to a specific CV: if you delete the CV, the credits spent on it are not refunded. For a new version, make a free copy — it stays unlocked.

Questions about pricing and credits
How much does a CV cost?
Creating and editing are free. You pay 30 credits once, when you are ready to download — the same for every template, general or profession-specific. After that, editing, switching templates and downloading the PDF of that CV are free and unlimited for as long as the CV exists.
What if I start from an old CV or a job ad?
Uploading an old CV costs 10 credits — AI reads the file and fills in the fields. A CV from a job link costs 20 credits — AI prepares the CV for the role. You pay for these steps when you use them, and the unlock (30 credits) when you download. In total: 40 or 50 credits.
Do I pay again if I fix a mistake or switch templates?
No. The unlock covers every template for that CV: switch the template, colour and font, correct the text and download the PDF as often as you like — no extra credits, no time limit.
What if I make a copy of my CV — say, for another job?
The copy is free and stays unlocked like the original — you edit and download it without spending more credits. That way you can keep a separate version for every job ad.
How much is a CV in another language?
CV translation costs 15 credits — into any of the 24 EU languages. You choose the result: a translated copy as a new, already unlocked CV (another 30 credits, 45 credits in total) or replacing the current CV at no extra charge — it keeps its unlock, and the original text comes back with one click.
How much are the cover letter and the resignation letter?
An AI cover letter costs 15 credits to generate, and you unlock it once for the PDF — 15 credits. After that, editing and downloading it are free. You unlock a resignation letter once for 15 credits — the draft and preview before that are free.
What can I do with the 40 free credits?
You get them once, after you confirm your email. Spend them on anything you like — they cover, for example, uploading your old CV with AI (10 credits) plus unlocking the CV (30 credits). The gift is one per person: if one person holds several accounts, the free credits may be withdrawn.

When are credits spent?
When you unlock a document for download (a CV — 30 credits, once per CV, any template) and each time you use an AI feature. Creating, editing and copying CVs is free. Before every charge, you see the price and confirm.
What happens if I delete my CV?
The unlock belongs to that specific CV, so it disappears along with it, and the credits spent are not refunded. If you want to keep an unlocked CV, don’t delete it — edit it or make a free copy.
What if an AI request fails?
If a request cannot be completed because of a technical error, the credits spent are refunded automatically.
How do I pay?
By bank card, on the secure page of the payment provider myPOS. You need an account with a confirmed email. We never see or store your card details. Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
