Can the AI invent things I have never done?
No. The AI features rephrase, reorder and highlight only what is already in your CV — no new experience, companies, dates, education or achievements. Changes are shown “before / after” and you decide on each one. Job requirements you don’t meet appear as advice, not as added text.
What is the difference between “CV from a job link” and “Tailor CV to a job”?
“CV from a job link” (20 credits) reads the job ad from the link and creates a separate copy of your CV for the role — the original stays unchanged. “Tailor CV to a job” (20 credits) suggests “before / after” changes based on the job ad text, which you accept or reject one by one.
Which languages can I translate my CV into?
Any of the 24 official EU languages (15 credits). You get a translated copy: the text is in the new language, and so are the section headings and dates. Names of people, companies and schools, contacts, dates and the photo are copied unchanged, and the original CV stays as it is.
Do I need to unlock the translated copy again?
No. The extra 30 credits when translating into a copy is precisely the unlock of the new CV — you download it as a PDF right away, without spending more credits. If you choose to replace the current CV, it keeps its unlock and there is no extra charge.
Is the CV check free?
The quick check of contacts, dates, length and structure is free. The AI check (15 credits) adds spelling, style and keywords from the job ad, plus ready-made fixes you apply with one click.
What happens to the files and photos I upload?
Your uploaded old CV and job ad texts are not kept on our side — they are used only for the request. The photo for the AI portrait is not kept either; the finished versions are kept for 12 months in “My photos” only if you ask for it, and you can delete them at any time. AI requests are processed by Anthropic and AI photos by OpenAI, as processors on our behalf, without being used to train models.
What if an AI request fails?
If a request cannot be completed because of a technical error, the credits spent are refunded automatically.
